This table lists the status of Mozambique Demining Agencies. Agencies are required firstly to obtain a Mozambique NGO or Commercial License from the government. Then the company applies to IND for Accreditation (Desk and Field Assessment). Once the Desk Assessment is passed the organisation is permitted to tender or obtain funding to conduct demining operations in accordance to the limitations listed in this table. Once commenced work IND will then conduct the Field Assessment, which is the last step to achieve full operational accreditation. If the NGO/Company name does no appear on this list or the Accreditation Conditions listed prevent it from doing so, then it is NOT permitted to conduct demining operations of any kind, in accordance with the Mozambique Demining National Standards, Edition Two September 2002 or its subsequent amendments.
